Together are making some changes to the maximum loan size and increasing some LTV bandings.
They are also reducing rates on BTL second charge products.
- Non-standard property maximum LTVs – They are increasing the maximum LTVs for non-standard properties from 60% to 65%, and aligning this across PF and CF, where applicable
- Commercial Term – They are increasing the maximum loan size from £1.5m to £5m, and this also applies to semi-commercial
- Commercial Term – They are increasing the maximum LTVs on the standard product cards to 70% for purchases and 65% for remortgages
- BTL First Charge – They are increasing the maximum loan size for First Charge from £2.5m to £4.5m, up to 75% LTV
- BTL Second Charge – They are reducing all rates by 0.5% across the BTL Second Charge range
- Homeowner Business Loans – for Second Charge Homeowner Business Loans they are also increasing the maximum loan size from £500k to £1m up to 70% LTV
