West One Limited Edition Product Range is back!
West One are excited to announce the launch of the latest range of Limited-Edition products with rates starting from 2.99% on a 2-year fixed and 3.85% on a 5-year fixed.
To speed up the completion process, AVM’s for both purchases and remortgages will now also be available in this range up to 70% net LTV.
They have also made pricing changes across our core standard, specialist, and complex ranges with rate reductions of up to 0.15%.
Overview of the changes:
- Limited Edition Product range available with 2-year and 5-year fixed rates available up to 75% LTV
- Limited Edition Products available to individual and Limited company borrowers, including First Time Landlords
- Select Limited Edition Products will allow AVM’s on purchase and remortgage cases up to 70% net LTV for properties up to £1m
- New non-portfolio product selections for landlords with 3 or less properties with 2-year rates from 2.99% and 5-year from 3.85%
- Core product range with rates starting from 1.69% on a 2-year fixed and 3.94% on a 5-year fixed
- Core product range with redemption penalty-free discount rates from 1.90% above BBR
- Specialist product range with rates starting from 3.05% on a 2-year fixed and 3.89% on a 5-year fixed for non-portfolio borrowers
- Complex range for First Time Buyer, Large HMO/MUB, Ex-Pat and Foreign National borrowers
- Increase in maximum portfolio size from £10m to £12m
- CBTL products available throughout the range (excluding limited edition)
