West One are excited to announce the launch of the latest range of Limited – Edition Buy-to-Let products with rates starting from 2.79% on a 2-year fixed and 3.79% on a 5-year fixed.
To help speed up remortgage processing, AVMs will be accepted up to 65% net LTV on this range.
Key Highlights:
- Limited Edition Product range available with 2-year and 5-year fixed rates available up to 75% LTV
- Available to individuals and limited companies, including first-time landlords
- New Limited Edition products with 2-year rates from 2.79% and 5-year 3.79%
- New Limited Edition HMO/MUBs (1-6 beds/units) and Above Commercial options starting at 3.04% on a 2-year fixed and 3.99% on a 5-year fixed
- Selected products allow AVMs on remortgages up to 65% net LTV for properties up to £1m
- Up to 20 loans per borrower and a maximum total exposure of £3m
- Capital and interest and interest only repayment methods available
- Available for lending in England and Wales only
