West One are excited to announce a range of new mortgage products to provide assistance with costs for both remortgages and purchases.
They are also making some changes to the range of tracker products.
- New: £1000 Cashback Product Now Available From West One:
- Rates starting from 6.14%
- 5 yr fixed rates available with minimum loan size of £75,000
- Available for first-time buyers, homeowners, and remortgage borrowers
- Available for shared ownership and right to buy borrowers
- Free fast-track legal service included for remortgages up to £750,000* offering next-day completions where possible
- Cashback payable within 30 days of completion
*excludes repayment of bridging loans
- New: Extension of Valuation Refund Product throughout the product range:
- Rates starting from 6.20% with both 2yr and 5yr fixed rates available
- Part of the fee assist range with zero lender completion fees
- Available across all LTV’s and across all product ranges
- Now available for remortgages, right to buy, and shared ownership customers
- Tracker Products
- Reduced rates for tracker product range without ERC’s now starting from 2.45% above BBR
- West One are withdrawing the lifetime tracker product range with effect from midday on Thursday 10th April
